"I'm a new member to the Free the Planet Group at OSU and I was able to take part in a Victoria's Dirty Secret action on 10-18-06. It was the first environmental action I was able to take part in and it was awesome. 2-4 other people and I dressed up as trees and we each had a message painted on us like “Victoria’s Secret is killing me!”. 2-3 other girls dressed up as Victoria’s Secret Angels would chase the trees around. While not being chased we would hand out postcards, get them signed, get petitions signed, yell chants, etc. We had someone on a mega phone yelling the facts to people around us and yelling at the Angels when they chased the trees. It was a lot of fun to take part in as well as get signatures and get the campaign information out. I can’t wait till next time and am completely psyched about further involvement.”
